RESULTS OF ADONIS BLUE GENERAL MEETING ON 25 APRIL 2010

On behalf of the Pro-tem Committee, we would like to thank you for taking your valuable time to attend the general meeting on 25 April 2010. It was a fruitful meeting with valuable feedbacks and concerns on security issues were raised by the residents at the meeting. We also wish to take this opportunity to thank those who are unable to attend the meeting but have fully supported us.

As of 25 April 2010, we have managed to secure 100 replies from residents that fully supported and endorsed the Pro-tem Committee to proceed with the implementation of the initiatives as tabled at the general meeting. Details are summarized as below:

From the above table, we are still far from the 85% target or 130 houses needed to fully implement the new security scheme. As you are aware, we have sent out letters and flyers to notify all the residents and even walked house to house to meet them prior to the general meeting. Yet, we are unable to reach or meet all the residents. However, we are not disappointed with the results instead our committee members will continue to work hard to achieve the target.

As we have mentioned in the meeting, with your participation, you are already part of our team and we would like each and every one of you to assist us to approach and convince your friendly neighbors who have not given their endorsement yet. Attached is the list of residents who have not submitted their replies as well as the form Appendix A. If you succeed in signing up your neighbors, you may send all completed Appendix A to the following nominated representatives who will collect and deliver them to En CT Chin, our Pro-tem secretary:-
