Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong Annual General Meeting & Family Day On Sunday, 26 October 2014

Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 26 October 2014 at the Main Children Playground.  The AGM will start at 3.00 pm and is expected to be concluded by 4.30 pm. 

The Family Day will be celebrated after the conclusion of the AGM.  Various Malaysian cuisines will be served at the event. There will be magic shows and games to entertain children with wonderful gifts given to them.  All residents and their families are cordially invited to enjoy this memorable event.

Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong - Program Gotong Royong With MBSA on 25 October 2014

Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong will be organizing a "Gotong Royong" campaign with the support of MBSA on Saturday, 25 October 2014 at 7.30 am. The objective is to clean up the entire areas of Adonis Blue enclave. All residents are encouraged to take part in this initiative to clean up and maintain a clean and beautiful environment.  At the same time, destroying all Aedes mosquitoes breeding grounds.

2013 4th Annual General Meeting, Hari Raya Aidilfitri & Family Day Celebrations

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong which was held at the Adonis Blue Children Playground on Sunday, 22nd September 2013 at 3.30 pm was successfully completed. All resolutions tabled at the AGM were duly passed by members.

Following the adjournment of the AGM, turnout for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Family Day celebrations was very encouraging. Various halal foods and drinks were served.  A Magician was at the event to perform and entertain residents. Special gifts were also distributed to all children at the event.

Notice is hereby given that the 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong will be held at the Adonis Blue Main Children Playground on Sunday, 8 September 2013 at 3.00 pm for the following purposes:-

Agenda

1.   Address by Datuk Yusof Ampuan Kechil, Chairman of Persatuan Penduduk Adonis Blue Bukit Jelutong.

2.   To approve the Minutes of the 3^rd Annual General Meeting held on 22 September 2012

3.   To receive the Audited Financial Statement (2012/2013) for the year ended 30 June 2013 and the report of the Chairman and Auditors thereon.

4.   To re-appoint / elect new committee members for the following positions:             

a) Chairman b) Deputy Chairman c) Treasurer d) Secretary

e) Assistant Secretary  f)  Auditor  g) 5 Committee Members

5.   Installation of Automatic Barrier Gate System

i) To present and discuss on the feedbacks from residents;

ii) To present the proposed Automatic Barrier Gate System and cost of provision;

iii) To approve the proposed Automatic Barrier Gate System; and

vi) To approve the expenditure for the proposed Automatic Barrier Gate System.

6.   Any other matters.

Formation Of PERSATUAN PENDUDUK ADONIS BLUE BUKIT JELUTONG

Dear Residents,

Good news! We have obtained approval from the Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (ROS) for our resident association on 8 June 2013. Our resident association is now official named, “PERSATUAN PENDUDUK ADONIS BLUE, JALAN UBIN, BUKIT JELUTONG, SHAH ALAM” or in short, “PERSATUAN PENDUDUK ADONIS BLUE BUKIT JELUTONG”

The Certificate of Registration number is PPM-007-10-08062013.

Memberships are opened to all residents of Adonis Blue community.

2013 Adonis Blue Chinese New Year Open House

The Pro-tem Committee hosted the Adonis Blue Chinese New Year open house on Saturday, 23 February 2013. It was another community event organized by the association to foster closer relationship within the community.  Event started at 4 pm. Residents were seen happily mingled around greeting each other and enjoying all the delicious delicacies together.  The highlights for the event were the lion dance performance and fireworks display.  It was a memorable event especially for the children.
